Users are solely responsible for any interactions they have on the platform, including ensuring that all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use Gotilo for: Any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Misrepresenting your identity or engaging in fraudulent activities. Transmitting harmful content, including viruses, malware, or unsolicited advertising. Violating the rights of others, including shopkeepers or other users. Harassing, defaming, or abusing any individual or entity on the platform.
Shopkeepers are responsible for ensuring that the products and services they list are accurate, lawful, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Gotilo does not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of the products or services offered by shopkeepers and is not liable for any disputes that may arise between customers and shopkeepers.
Gotilo may provide a platform for shopkeepers to process transactions, but we are not directly involved in the financial transactions between users and shopkeepers. Customers and shopkeepers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completion of transactions. Any issues regarding payments, refunds, or product delivery should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Gotilo provides a platform for interaction and connection, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform or the services offered by shopkeepers. Gotilo is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to issues with products, services, or shopkeeper interactions. Users assume full responsibility for their use of Gotilo and their interactions with other users or shopkeepers.
Gotilo reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, misused the platform, or engaged in illegal activities. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting us, but they will remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination.
Gotilo and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Gotilo or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of Gotilo’s intellectual property is prohibited.
